Music Director Pritam's Global with United SIX
Music director Pritam (pictured left) is going global. Earlier it was his global sound, now he’s even recording his songs abroad.
Pritam is in Dubai with lyricist Ashish Pandit, so that they can pen and compose the songs of the film “United Six” in peace.
Whitehouse Productions’ “United Six” is a thriller starring six young women and will be stylishly shot in Malaysia. The film will have New Age music.
Says Chandubhai Patel, the man behind Whitehouse Productions, “The film is contemporary and it took us over a year to shortlist the girls. Our technicians are our backbone and from day one, the only choice for music was Pritam. He suggested that we complete the songs in one sitting abroad with international technicians. The film is global and the music had to be that way too.”
When contacted in Dubai, Pritam said: “The film ‘United Six’ is a global movie and I wanted international sound. The film has international technicians and hence we decided to record in Dubai. The music is that of today. It is vibrant and catchy but will also touch the emotional chord in you.”
Meanwhile, the filmmakers have more plans for Pritam. “We are now thinking of actually creating a video for the end credits with our six main protagonist women and Pritam,” said producers Surendra Bhatia and Bipin Shah.
